The Road

The controller is an electronic device that can monitor and control the charging process (recharge) of one or more batteries. The controller sits between our energy production system (solar panels and wind turbine) and energy storage system (batteries). The controller also allows to turn ON and OFF the LED lamp. The controller is an important part of the system because it protects the battery against overload and even optimizes the performance of the device for energy production.

All our autonomous lighting products use maintenance free AGM type batteries. These represent an attractive option because they do not pose a problem with the sulfating of plates as for a wet battery. Furthermore, an AGM battery, by a lower resistance during the charging, will charge faster than a conventional battery. We strive to install batteries with the best specifications in order to meet the constraints of your projects.

The Road

The operation of our autonomous lighting system is very simple. The potential energy contained in the wind and the solar radiation is collected through our wind turbine and photovoltaic panels. This energy is used to power the battery bank. At dusk, the controller activates the lamp and turns off the lamp at dawn.
